基于ANSYS的机床主轴箱结构优化设计

摘    要:主轴箱是机床的重要部件之一,其动态特性直接影响到整机的加工性能。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对主轴箱进行了动态特性分析及优化设计,并对结果进行了验证。优化设计结果表明,改进后主轴箱的动态特性有了明显改善,该方法为复杂机械结构的分析和优化设计提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:Headstock is one of the most important parts of machine tool,the dynamic characteristics of which influence machining capability of the machine tool.The dynamic analysis and optimal design for headstock of XH2416 is taken by Ansys in the paper.The results indicated that dynamic characteristics of headstock have been improved obviously and the technique used is suitable and reliable for the analysis and optimal design of complicated structures.
