综合粉配料自动控制系统设计及应用

摘    要:配料站原来通过现场操作人员按照配比,人工调节给料机的给料量。其缺点是给料量的大小完全靠操作人员的经验来决定,配比精度较差,工作人员劳动强度大,自动化水平极低。该文设计了自动配料控制系统,介绍了配料控制系统的结构、工作原理。开发了PID配料控制算法。现场运行表明,该系统运行稳定,自动化程度高,维护方便,解决了原系统配料精度差的问题,提高了产品质量。该系统的成功应用,对同行业的生产进步将起到示范和推动作用。

Abstract:The former running mode of the compounding material station is that operator artificially adjust the feed quantity of the feed machine according to compounding rate.The shortcoming of the mode is that the amount of feed is completely decided according to operator′s experience,and therefore it result in bad compounding material precision,heavy work intensity and low automatization level.Therefore the automatic compounding material control system is designed,and the framework and the running theory are introduced.The PID control algorithm for compounding material beforehand is developed.The field running status manifests that the system has features of stable running,high automation grade,convenient operation and little maintenance,and that the problem of the bad compounding material precision of the foregone system is solved and at the sametime the production quality is heightened.Therefor production is running in an orderly way.The system will promote demonstration and impulse function to production advancement of the same trade.
