摘    要:为防止开浇漏钢影响生产.济钢第三炼钢厂采取了改进上水口和浸入式水口烘烤工艺、将原冷却钢板条改为冷却弹簧、设计使用专用防护铁板和挡流木板、采用硅胶密封结晶器角缝等措施,杜绝了开浇漏钢现象。

Abstract:In order to reduce bleeding in gate practice, some technology measures have been taken, such as improving heat process for nozzle and SEN, replacing cooling plate steel with cooling spring, adopting special protect steel/wood plate, using silica gel as seaming material. As a result, the problem of breaking-out in cast starting has been solved.
