| 摘 要： | 列举了目前我国国内与电气节能相关的主要标准、规范.从供配电系统、电气照明以及新技术等方面,对民用建筑电气节能设计中涉及的主要内容、注意事项及方法进行了阐述.指出了在电气节能技术推广应用过程中存在的尚有争议的问题.

| Abstract: | Many main standards and codes related to electrical energy saving were given. From several aspects,such as the power supply and distribution,electrical lighting and new technology,the main content,points for attention and measurement in electrical energy saving design were narrated.The exsiting controversy questions in the process of popularization of energy saving technology were pointed out. |
