超长寿命聚天门冬氨酸酯重防腐涂料的研制

采用新型结构的聚天门冬氨酸酯作为主体树脂,脂肪族异氰酸酯为固化剂,研制成功了具有超长耐紫外线功能的脂肪族聚脲重防腐涂料,探讨了涂层性能的影响因素。结果表明,该涂料具有高固低黏特性、耐紫外线试验超过4 000 h,耐磨性能优异,是一种优秀的环保型长效重防腐涂料。

Preparation of Super-long Life Polyaspartic Ester- Based Heavy-duty Anticorrosion Coatings

With novel-structure polyaspartic ester as matrix resin and aliphatic isocyanate as curing agent, the aliphatic polyurea heavy-duty anticorrosion coatings of super UV resistance are prepared investigates the influencing factors of properties, showing that the coatings have the characteristics of high-solid and low- viscosity, UV resistance of more than 4 000 h and excellent wear resistance, and they are a type of excellent environment-friendly long-life heavy-duty anticorrosion coatings.
