| 摘 要： | 农村水利设施面广、量大,如何有效地进行建设管理,是水利工作者面临的一个难题。广东省结合大学生"三下乡"活动,全面展开农村水利普查,摸清家底,在此基础上,建立广东省农村水利基础数据库与综合管理平台,动态监管农村水利工程的建设与运行,取得了显著成效。

| Abstract: | How to construct and manage water structures in rural areas has imposed great challenges to water managers as these facilities are in large number and widely distributed. During the initiation of campaign of sending college students to rural areas for promoting culture, scientific and sanitation development, water resources survey in rural areas of Guangdong Province was conducted. On the basis of the survey, a basic database and water resources comprehensive management platform is built which helps to realize dynamic monitoring and management of water structure construction and operation. |
