消光乳液在水性哑光清漆中的应用

研究了消光乳液和传统消光粉的添加量对清漆的光泽、黏度、通透性和贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着消光乳液和消光粉添加量的增加,清面漆的光泽降低,通透性降低;随着消光乳液添加量的增加,清面漆的黏度增加;而随着消光粉添加量的增加,清面漆的黏度迅速减少;基于消光乳液的清面漆的增稠性好于基于消光粉的清面漆的增稠性;在相同光泽条件下,基于消光乳液的清面漆的通透性好于基于消光粉的清面漆;消光乳液的沉降性明显好于消光粉的沉降性。

Use of Flatting Emulsion in Water-borne Matte Varnish

This paper studies the influence of the amount of flatting emulsion and traditional flatting powder on the gloss,viscosity,permeability and storage stability,showing that with the increase of flatting emulsion and flatting powder amount,the gloss and permeability of the varnish decreases;with the increase of flatting emulsion amount,the viscosity of the varnish increases;with the increase of flatting powder amount,the viscosity of the varnish decreases rapidly;the thickening property of the varnish based on flatting emulsion is better than the varnish based on flatting powder;under the same gloss,the permeability of the varnish based on flatting emulsion is better than the varnish based on flatting powder;the sedimentation of flatting emulsion is significantly better than flatting powder.
