| Abstract: | The achievements obtained during the first phase are summarized for Sino-France Integrated River Basin management Project.A systematic introduction is given to water legislation process,river basin management system and roles of government and public in water resources management in France.The experience and practice of France is introduced,which is expected to provide a reference for China in water resources and river basin management. |
