| 摘 要： | 文章对高职院校学生社团干部的素质提出了基本要求，对学生社团干部呈现的特点进行了分析，并以学生工作的实际出发，结合自己已有的经验，从学生社团干部的选拔、培养、考核等方面，提出了高职院校学生社团干部建设的几点想法。
