摘    要:空间应用计算机硬件系统的电子器件容易受到电磁场的辐射和重粒子的冲击,导致星载计算机中的数据特别是存储器中的数据出现小概率的错误。这种错误若不及时进行纠正,将会影响计算机系统的运行和关键数据的正确性。文中设计的纠错编码电路采用ASIC设计流程实现,具备自动纠正静态存储器中一位错误的功能,电路用于星载计算机数据管理系统,可以有效提高整机系统的稳定性。

Abstract:Electronic apparatuses of computer hardware systems for space applications is easily impacted by electromagnetic radiations and heavy particle strikes, errors of small probability occur in space computer data, especially these key data in storage and influence the operation of computer systems and rightness of key data if the errors are not rectified in time. The error detection and correction chip is implemented with ASIC design flow, with 1 bit error correction function. The chip is used in space computer, and it can enhance the stability of the whole system.
