发动机排气管流-固-热强耦合分析

摘    要:为研究发动机排气管在流-固-热强耦合作用下的复杂工况,用INTESIM软件中流-固-热强耦合的方法计算某型发动机排气管在工作过程中流场、温度场、热变形和热应力的分布情况.结果表明,与传统的分析方法相比,INTESIM的强耦合方法收敛性更好,并且可以在同一软件平台下对模型耦合矩阵方程直接求解得到结构应力场、位移场、流场和温度场的所有结果.

Abstract:To study the complex conditions of engine exhaust pipe under the effect of fluid structure thermal coupling, the distributions of fluid field, thermal field, thermal deformation and thermal stress of an engine exhaust pipe during operation are calculated using the fluid solid heat strong coupling method of INTESIM software. The results show that, compared with the traditional analysis method, the convergence of the strong coupling analysis method in INTESIM is better, and the analysis results of stress field, displacement field, flow field and thermal field of the structure can be calculated by directly solving the coupling matrix equations of the model on the same software platform.
