摘    要:为研究高速电气化铁路接入江苏电网对电能质量的影响,以京沪高速铁路为例,分析了交-直-交型电力机车的负荷特点,基于ETAP软件平台建立了京沪高铁江苏段各牵引变电站及其周边网络的仿真模型,对谐波和负序进行定量评估,并针对电能质量问题,根据牵引侧三相SVC装置的补偿原理,提出了采用基于系统变换方法的动态无功补偿治理措施。结果表明,该方法谐波和负序补偿效果明显,各项指标均满足现行国标规定。

Abstract:In order to study the power quality impact of high speed electrified railway on Jiangsu Grid, Jing Hu high speed railway is taken as a study case. The load characteristic of AC DC AC electric locomotive is analyzed. And then, the traction substations of Jing Hu high speed railway in Jiangsu Province and their surrounding networks are modeled based on the ETAP platform. Harmonics and negative sequence are evaluated quantitatively. According to the compensation principle of three phase SVC device at traction side, a dynamic reactive power compensation method based on system transformation is put forward. Simulation results show that the method is effective in harmonics and negative sequence compensation, and all power quality indices meet the national standard requirements.
