| Abstract: | This paper introduces the objective construction situations of urban housing district in China and analyzes the reasons caused the expansion of residential district to urban fringe. And combined with the housing land use and housing construction situations in Yangquan city some ideas are proposed for residential planning and design in urban fringe district to ensure the health development of urban housing area. |
