| 摘 要： | 设计了一种新型无毛刺冲孔模具。用该模具进行板料冲孔可实现无毛刺冲裁 ,孔的光洁剪切带长度可达材料厚度的 80 %～ 85 % ,并可显著提高孔的尺寸精度和形位精度 ,达到精密冲裁的加工效果。该模具易于制造 ,可在普通冲床上使用 ,适合在生产中推广应用。

| Abstract: | A new style punch die without burrs is designed. The punching without burrs on the metal plate can be carried out by using this die, the length of bright shearing fracture to the hole can be increased to 80%～85% of material thickness and the punched hole's precision of size, shape and position can be improved extremely, so that the processing effect of the precise punching can be achieved with this kind of die. Because the die can be easily made and used on the ordinary punching press, so it can be widely used in the punching. |
