| 摘 要： | 分析了软件开发的上游工程和下游工程对软件质量的影响，用一个实例说明说明了上游工程对软件质量的决定性影响；对于下游工程，提出了４种质量保证技术，并对提高软件质量的两种技术－容错技术、程序正确性证明给予了介绍。
