摘    要:对FTC自调温相变建筑节能保温材料的技术特点和技术指标进行了阐述,对其施工技术进行了详细说明,分析了其社会和经济效益,总结出这种新材料保温性能良好、施工简洁,可替代抹灰层,并具有防反碱效果。

Abstract:The paper states about technique features and technique aim of FTC self attempering phase transition material which could be used for energy saving and heat preservation in architecture,it makes detailed explanation about its constructional technique,analyzes its social and economic benefits.It concludes that this new material maintains good heat preservation ability,easy to be constructed,it could replace floated coat,and maintains anti-alkaline feature.
