基于DS18B20多点温度巡检系统的研究

摘    要:分析了一种新型数字温度传感器DSl8B20的特性及工作原理,并用DSl8820,89C52单片机及X25045E2PROM等芯片,研制了一种精度高、实用性强、可靠性好的多点数字温度巡检系统,并对系统的硬件接口电路及软件流程作了简单的介绍,该系统避免了传统的模拟信号远距离温度测量系统中的引线误差补偿问题,消除了多点测量切换误差和放大电路零点漂移误差问题,使系统能够达到较高的测量精度。

Abstract:The author analyzed the characteristic and principle of DS18B20 which is a new kind of digital temperature sensor, and developed a multipoint digital temperature itinerant checking system with high - precision, strong - practicability and well-reliability by using DS18B20 and 89 C 52 micro controllers and X 25045 E PROM chip and etc. This system avoids the problem of error compensation of lead wire that will be in the traditional far distance temperature measure system of analog signals, and also climates the problems of multi- point measure switch error and enlargement circuit zero drift error. This makes the system to achieve higher measure precision.
