摘 要: | 随着人事管理理念的变革,以人才测评、绩效评估和薪资激励制度等为核心的人力资源管理模式得以确立.与传统的人事管理相比,新的人力资源管理模式具备动态与前瞻性的特征.对高校人力资源管理进行新的定位,实质就是从后台走到前台,使高校人力资源管理上升为整个高校管理的轴心.

Abstract: | With the great change of management ideas,the management model of human resources which is based on talent evaluation,a coomplishmet assessment and salary encouragement gives way to a new management model with the characteristics of being dynamic and predictable. The essence of a new position of management of human resources is a change of work from back to front which may enable it to become the core of management in colleges and universities. |
