| 摘 要： | 薄壁圆筒刚性差、易变形,采用常规通用机械加工设备无法进行两端面的有效切割;采用简易的砂轮片切割机切割,端面加工质量极差。根据薄壁筒体两端面切削加工的特殊要求,介绍了专用工装—薄壁筒体两端面切割设备的结构组成、工作原理、传动比计算及使用效果。 |
