化学镀Ni-Sn-P合金镀层耐蚀性的研究(Ⅱ)

摘    要:研究了化学镀Ni-Sn-P合金镀层的耐蚀性、并同高磷Ni-P合金(11.9wt%P)镀层进行了比较。结果表明:Ni-Sn-P合金镀层孔隙率低,在酸性、中性和碱性介质中的耐蚀性优于Ni-P合金镀层。

Abstract:Corrosion resistance of chemical plating Ni-Sn-P alloy coating was studied and compared with that of Ni-P alloy coating containing high phosphorus(11.9 wt%P). The coatings show that chemical plating Ni-Sn-P alloy has unusually low porosity and good corrosion resistance in acid,neutral and basic medium compared to the Ni-P alloy coating.
