摘    要:利用互不相溶的极性和非极性溶剂在回流条件下对含茄尼醇的烟叶进行两相浸提,在浸提过程中实现了极性相对较大的杂质和极性相对较小的茄尼醇之间的分离,从而可以获得含量25.9%的茄尼醇浸膏;由于极性溶剂对烟叶的溶胀作用,减小了茄尼醇浸出的阻力,提高了浸提效率。相比于传统的浸提方法,两相浸提工艺操作简单,产品中茄尼醇含量和浸提效率是传统浸提工艺的2倍,极大地简化了茄尼醇后续的精制过程。

Abstract:In the process of solanesol paste production two immiscible organic solvents are used to extract solanesol from tobacco leaf and realize the separation of solanesol from its series of impurities with slightly different polarity simultaneously. This new method can lead to paste with solanesol content of 25.9 % and extracting efficency of 0. 62 %, which are both twice of those of traditional method.
