摘    要:超高分子量聚乙烯具有优良的物理和力学性能,其机械强度高,硬度大,摩擦系数低,尤其耐磨性能更好,能替代金属材料在机械领域中广泛应用,重点对用超高分子量聚乙烯制造的离心泵,矿山轴承的结构设计,特点及工业应用结果进行了研究,并对新的机械应用领域作了展望。

Abstract:Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene posesses many outstanding physical and mechanical properties, such as high mechanical strength, high hardness and low friction coefficient, especially the anti wear performance is very advantageous. So it is named as "High Anti wear Engineering Plastic". And it may substitute metal material and be widely applied in mechanism field. The structure design and industrial test results of bearing and pump made with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene instead of copper and so on were studied.
