摘    要:甲胺磷(Methamidophos),是一种内吸性很强、兼有触杀和胃毒作用的高效有机磷杀剂,杀虫范围广,通常用作农药,又名多灭灵,其毒性强。接触后对人、动物和环境产生的危害十分严重。根据甲胺磷农药的物理化学及生物学特性,对其进行检测的常用方法有:色谱法、酶抑制法、免疫学方法等。本试验所采用的方法参考了GB/T5009.103-2003;并在此基础上进行了优化,获得了更为完善而快速的检测方法。

Abstract:Methamidophos,also named Tamaron,is a high-effective organophosphorus insecticide which is high systemic and have both contact toxicity and stomach poisoning action.It' s highly toxic and usually used as pesticide with a wide Insecticidal range. Contact toxicity of Methamidophos is seriously harmful to humans,animals and environment.Based on the physical chemistry and biological attributes of Methamidophos pesticide,there are several common detection methods,such as chromatography,enzyme inhibition method and immunological methods and so on.The assay used here referred to GB/T 5009.103-2003 and optimized the standard methods.We achieved a more complete and quick method.
