摘    要:弧焊变压器的优化设计对能源和材料的节约有着重要的意义。本文建立了寿命经济变压器的数学模型,同时考虑了成本和效率,在整个寿命周期所消耗的社会财富最少。优化计算方法采用了混合离散变量法。结果表明,混合离散变量法优化计算所得结果可直接用于设计,比较适合于既有连续变量又有离散变量的工程实际问题的数学规划

Abstract:The optimum design of arc welding transformer is a substantial contribution to cutting down the exhausting of energy and materials. A mathematics model, considering both product cost and operating losses, which is called an economical-through-life transformer, is established. Mixed discrete variables (MDV) method has been applied to carry out the optimization calculations. Conclusions confirm that MDV method is suitable for mathematical program of real-world engineering problem where both continuous and discrete variables exist due to its results can be utilized in designing work directly.
