| 摘 要： | 为了顺利开发生产竹棉混纺氨纶包芯纱,针对竹纤维的性能,生产中存在的问题,合理地配置纺纱各工序工艺参数,采取相应技术措施.通过选择合适的混和方式,梳棉控制好棉网状态,合理选择粗纱捻度和氨纶丝的预牵伸倍数等,保证了纱线的条干均匀度,成纱质量达到生产要求.

| Abstract: | To produce bamboo cotton blended polyurethan core-spun yarn, processing parameters of each process should be configured reasonably, relative technology measures should be adopted according to property of bamboo fiber and existing problems in production. Through choosing suitable blending way, controlling cotton web quality in Carding process, choosing roving twist and pre-draft muhiple of polyurethane and so on, yarn evenness can be guaranteed, yarn quality can reach production demands. |
