摘    要:以正丁醇、丁酸为原料 ,二氧化硅负载硫酸钛 (Ti(SO4) 2 /SiO2 )为催化剂 ,催化合成丁酸正丁酯。对影响酯化反应的条件进行了优化 ,优化工艺条件如下 :Ti(SO4) 2 负载量 10 % ,丁酸 0 .2mol,正丁醇 0 .3mol,催化剂 0 .8g ,反应温度 14 0℃ ,反应时间 6 0min。丁酸的酯化率 99%以上。

Abstract:Ti(SO 4) 2/SiO 2 was applied as a catalyst to esterification of butyric acid with n batanol firstly, it has high activity and excellent selectivity as well as no corrosion to the facilities. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: titanium sulfate supported on SiO 2 10%, butric acid 0.2 mol, n butanol 0.3 mol, the catalyst 0.8 g, reaction temperature 140 ℃, reaction time 60 min. Under the optimum conditions, the rate of esterification was over 99%.
