| 摘 要： | 以宁夏石嘴山市为例，分析了其发展的主要障碍是经济结构单一，城市辐射功能较弱．政府应调整产业结构，重新进行三区规划，撤销部分居民点；应在产业、组织、调控上给予政策上的支持，以实现城市的可持续发展．

| Abstract: | The main obstacle was that the economic structure was single and thi s paper took Shizuishan of Ningxia as an example. The urban radiating was weak.T he local urban government should adjust the industrial structure,plan three dis tricts again,and cancel some residential areas. The national goverment must off er policy support on adjusting and controlling in industry,in order to realize the sustainable development of the city. |
