水射流切割技术中高压缸的设计研究

摘    要:基于高压缸的应力分布特点,由第四强度理论推导出了高压缸最大应力(缸筒内壁处)的当量应力的计算公式,建立了缸筒内压与缸筒径比及持久极限的量化关系。这些关系对于如何设计缸筒具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of stress distribution in high-pressure cylinder,the formula of calculating the maximal equivalent stress(inside wall) is educed according to the fourth strength theory and the quantitative relationship between cylinder's inside pressure and diametrical ratio and the fatigue limit were founded.These conclusions have a definite directive significance for how to design cylinder.
