| 摘 要： | 上海市是一个水资源短缺、土地资源有限,电力、煤炭、天然气等能源主要靠外部供给,环境保护要求非常高的城市。通过对上海都市产业的发展现状及存在的问题进行分析,基于上海都市产业在上海工业中的重要性,提出了在资源约束下上海都市产业发展的相应对策。

| Abstract: | Shanghai is a city that is short of water and land resources, that the elec-tric power,coal and natural gas greatly need supply from other areas, and that highly requires environment protection. Based on the analysis of the development situation and existing problems of Shang- hai industries,this paper brings counter- measures to the development of Shang- hai industries in the context of resource constraints, with the importance of Shanghai industries considered. |
