| 摘 要： | 立轴式钻机是目前在岩心钻探施工中应用较为广泛的一种钻机,机上余尺的准确、快捷测量对钻探生产意义重大,对立轴式钻机机上余尺的自动快速测量一直是一个难题。作者结合科学钻探项目,提出一种机上余尺的测试方法。该方法充分考虑了钻机钻进过程中的各种状态,并用LABVIEW编写的检测程序对钻机的各种状态做出逻辑判断,能准确自动测量出机上余尺。
