胶体类多孔介质微波对流干燥的研究

摘    要:本文从胶体类多孔介质物料的特性出发,结合微波对流干燥的特点,应用集总参数法,提出了微波对流干燥过程的数学模型。通过数值计算,分析了微波功率、物料特征尺寸、对流介质参数等因素对干燥速率的影响,并以土豆作物料,进行了实验验证。

Abstract:n this paper,a mathematical model of microwave convection drying is presented by means of the methods of the lumped parameter,according to the characteristic of colloid porous media and microwave convection drying.On the basis of numerical calculations,the influence of microwave power,characteristic dimension and air parameter on the drying rate is analyzed.The experiment of drying is made with potato as the material and the results are compared with the numerical calculations.
