新型复合柴油添加剂的研究

摘    要:提出了一种以稀土氧化物(REO)和有机硝酸酯(RONO2)的掺合物为主要组分的新型复合柴油添加剂.根据不同配比和添加量,分别测定了四种配方的节油率和消烟率.结果表明,这四种配方0.035—0.06wt%加到柴油中,平均节油率为2.03%-3.32%,最大节油率为4.92%,消烟率在20%以上.其中以94-4配方为最佳.最后对该添加剂的作用机理进行了探讨.

Abstract:A new composite diesel fuel additive is presented, the major constituent of which is a blend of a rate earth oxide (REO) and an organic nitrate (RONO2). Percentages of fuel consumption reduction and smoke reduction of four substances, in which there are different components and additions, are determined respectively. When these four kinds of substances are added to diesel fuel by 0. 035 -- 0. 06 wt %, the mean percentages of fuel consumption reduction are 2. 03 % -- 3. 32 %, the maximum of which is 4. 92 %, and the percentages of smoke reduction are more than 20 %, the substance 94 -- 4 is the best. Finally, mechanisms of the additive are investigated.
