| Abstract: | After China's entering WTO, the construction engineering test industry of China is facing increasing challenges and opportunities. Therefore the industry must take advantages of related clauses of WTO to win. To be specific, China should hold the prerequisite of opening progressively and adopt policies of limited national treatment and necessary technical barriers to foreign competitors. |
