| Abstract: | An algorithm, which is called as self associative memory in neural network and developed to analyze composite spectra with overlapping peak positions, is introduced in this paper. The principle and procedures of the algorithm are described in detail, and the results obtained by means of the algorithm in analysis of X ray fluorescence spetra measured with low resolution detector are presented.
