《管子·乘马》国土规划和城邑规划思想研究

《管子》是中国古代规划思想的重要源头,其中《乘马》篇是《管子》规划思想的纲领,目前尚缺乏对《乘马》规划思想的整体性研究。本文运用实证与建构相结合的文献研究方法对《乘马》国土规划和城邑规划思想进行研究。首先,从《乘马》文本研究入手,揭示其包含的规划思想的基本框架。在此基础上,以《管子》其他篇章和相关先秦文献为辅证,从计实数、制乘马、立壤列、地邑相得与营城立邑四个方面,解析这一思想体系的具体内涵。最后,揭示《乘马》规划思想从地到邑、以地为基的特色。

ON TERRITORIAL AND CITY PLANNING THOUGHTS IN CHENGMA OF GUANZI

Guanzi is one of the important sources of ancient Chinese planning thoughts, and the chapter of Chengma is the guiding principles of the planning thoughts of Guanzi. However, the comprehensive study on the planning thoughts in Chengma is absent.This paper adopts the method of documentary research with the combination of demonstration and construction, to study the territorial and city planning thoughts in Chengma. The basic structure is revealed through the study of the text of Chengma,based on which the connotations of the planning thought system are analyzed from four aspects with the related chapters of Guanzi and other preQin documents as supplementary evidences: land resources assessment; construction of space unit;establishment of territorial spatial classification system; and relationship between land and city.As a conclusion, the characteristic of the planning thoughts in Chengma is demonstrated as "from land to city with the land as the base."
