空间重塑与村庄转型互动机制何以构建

新农村建设与对应城乡统筹议题,需要一地一议。本文秉持跨学科空间性转向立场,以城乡规划空间理论认知嬗变为线索,融合社会学"地域活化"知识,提供了一份关于莫干山村空间资源配置和变迁的近10年图示。构建了一个"三向空间逻辑"分析框架,将"地域权型空间"与"以人为本"的多维内涵相结合,解释其间农村人口持续性迁出以及农业和农村形态转变等问题,分析了空间重塑与村庄转型互动机制的生成条件和机理。

HOW TO CONSTRUCT THE INTERACTIVE MECHANISM OF SPATIAL REMOLDING AND VILLAGE TRANSFORMATION

The issue of new countryside construction and corresponding urban-rural coordinated development should be discussed from a local perspective. Based on the interdisciplinary spatial principles and the space clue of urban and rural planning theory, combined with the knowledge of locality revitalization in sociology, this article provides a report on space resource allocations and changes around villages in Mogan Mountain in recent ten years by a analysis framework of three dimensional spatial logic, which combines the multi-dimensional connotation of "regional righttype space" and "people-oriented," explains the problems such as the continuous migration of rural population and the transformation of agriculture and rural morphology, and analyzes the formation conditions and mechanism of the interactive mechanism between spatial remolding and village transformation.
