东吴之前南京古城起源的地理过程

地理选址是城市建设的首要研究问题,以多尺度地理空间的视角探寻南京城市起源以及早期雏形,从而可以发现城市历史空间的运行轨迹以及更深入的可持续发展途径。南京区域环境有其独立的地理围合空间。公元229年东吴孙权选址定都,而在此之前南京已经有1000多年的人居活动过程。新石器时期有村落沿河流分布聚集,春秋战国陆续有军事城堡,秦汉时期有县邑,各个帝王视角位置不同,但对这一带战略要地的重要作用是共识的。现代城市景观纷繁多样,掩饰了其最重要的地理本质,探索早期城市起源形态清晰可辨其受地理空间影响作用。以地理空间的视角辨析区域分异格局、时空演变过程、人地关系耦合,可以在更广阔范围和深度把握南京古都风貌的机理和深刻本质。

GEOGRAPHICAL PROCESS OF THE ORIGIN OF NANJING ANCIENT CITY BEFORE EASTERN WU IN THE THREE KINGDOMS PERIOD

Geographical location is the primary research problem of urban construction. From the perspective of multi-scale geographical space, this paper explores the origin and early embryonic form of Nanjing City, so as to find the evolution track of urban historic space and a deeper way of sustainable development. The regional environment of Nanjing has its own independent geographical enclosure feature. Before 229 AD, when SUN Quan located the capital, Nanjing had more than 1,000-year history of human settlement activities, as there were villages distributed and gathered along the river in the Neolithic period, military castles in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, and counties in the Qin and Han dynasties. Despite the different view of each emperor, there was a consensus on the important role of the strategic places in this area. Although modern urban landscape concealed themost important geographical nature of Nanjing, by exploring the early urban origin form from the perspective of geographical space, this paper analyzes the pattern of regional differentiation, the evolution process of time and space, and the coupling of man-land relationship, so as to grasp the mechanism and profound essence of the landscape and features of ancient capital Nanjing in a broader scope and depth.
