硫酸清净乙炔工艺改造总结

摘    要:针对50万t/a PVC装置硫酸清净乙炔工艺存在的碳化问题严重、硫酸单耗高等问题进行了改造,并对改造前后的运行效果进行了对比。改造后碳化物明显减少,硫酸单耗降低,可节约资金344.5万元/a。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of serious carbonation, high consumption of sulphuric acid existed in the purification process of acetylene with sulfuric acid in 50 000 t/a PVC plant, improvements were made. The running situations before and after improvement were compared. After improvement, the amount of carbon compounds were obviously decreased, the consumption of sulphuric acid was lowered, and 3. 445 million RMB ¥ could be saved per year.
