摘    要:介绍了蒸发结晶技术在含汞废水处理上的应用情况,处理后的废水中全盐量下降97.5%,氯离子质量分数下降97%,汞脱除率在80%以上,可回用至氯乙烯工序。对于40万t/a聚氯乙烯装置,每年可减少外排含汞废水量12 000m3,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:The application situation of evaporation-crystallization technology in the treatment of mer-' cury-containing wastewater was introduced. After the wastewater was treated by this technology, the total salt contents and chloride ion contents were lowered by 97.5% and 97% respectively, the removal rate of mercury was more than 80%, and the obtained water could be recycled to vinyl chloride production proce- dure. For 400 000 t/a PVC production plant, 12 000 m^3 mercury-containing wastewater efflux could be decreased per year, and the social effects and economic effects were better.
