摘    要:钢渣水化速率慢是限制其应用的主要因素.通过正交试验,研究了芒硝、水玻璃、木质素磺酸钙3种激发剂对钢渣早期水化活性的影响.试验结果表明,掺入激发剂对钢渣水化活性有较大影响,当芒硝掺量为2%,水玻璃掺量为2%,木质素磺酸钙掺量为0.6%时,对钢渣水化活性的激发效果最好.在激发钢渣早期水化活性方面,芒硝的效果优于水玻璃.配制复合激发剂时,要优先考虑芒硝的掺量,以2%~3%为宜.

Abstract:Slow hydration rate is a main factor limiting the application of steel slag.The present paper studies effects of three activators,including mirabilite,sodium silicate and calcium lignosulphonate,on steel slag hydration activity in early phase through orthogonal test.The test result is that mixing activators has great impact on steel slag hydration activity;when the added quantity of mirabilite and sodium silicate is 2% respectively,and that of calcium lignosulphonate is 0.6%,the effect is the best.Mirabilite is better than sodium silicate in activating steel slag hydration activity.When people prepare composite activator,the priority should be given to added quantity of mirabilite,which is good to be 2%~3%.
