扰流片式推力矢量气动力数值仿真研究

摘    要:为了确定扰流片式推力矢量控制(TVC)产生气动力的情况,应用数值仿真分析软件Fluent对加载单个圆弧型扰流片的喷管三维流场进行数值仿真。得出了扰流片产生气动力的大小随扰流片深入流场高度的规律曲线,以及阻塞面积与推力矢量偏转角度的关系。仿真结果表明:在所研究的范围内,扰流片产生的气动力大小与其伸入流场高度成线性关系,并且阻塞面积率与推力偏转角度呈正比。

Abstract:In order to study the aerodynamic condition of the thrust vector control(TVC) with spoiler,in this paper,we used the numerical simulation software Fluent to analyze the nozzle with one arc spoiler.And the two factors were investigated,the height of the spoiler extending into the nozzle exit,and the area of the spoiler blocking nozzle exit.The curves of spoiler producing aerodynamic force with the spoiler height were obtained,as well as the blocking area and thrust vectoring deflection angle relation.The simulation results show that,in the range of research,the spoiler resulting aerodynamic size has highly linear relation with the height extending into the flow,and the blocking area is proportional to the deflection angle of the thrust.
