PVC生产中节能降耗的改造措施

摘    要:对20万t/a PVC生产装置进行了挖潜改造和能源优化配置,采取了氯化氢合成炉余热蒸汽利用、离心母液热量回用、干燥蒸汽冷凝水回用、干燥螺旋输送器安装变频装置等节能措施。该节能降耗措施实施后,水、电、蒸汽等单耗有了明显下降,生产1tPVC耗纯水5.0t、耗电521kW.h、耗蒸汽0.78~0.88t,节约资金约1 358万元/a。

Abstract:Improvements on the 200 000 t/a PVC production facility were made to exploit its potentiality and optimize the use of energy.Energy saving measures were adopted,including the use of waste stream from hydrogen chloride synthetic furnace,the reuse of heat from centrifugal mother liquid,the reuse of condensed water from drying process,and installing frequency converters on screw conveyers in drying procedure.After adopting these mesures,the consumption of water,electricity and steam were obviously reduced.For the production of 1 ton of PVC,the consumption of water,electricity and steam was 5.0 tons,521 kW·h and 0.78-0.88 tons,respectively,and 13.58 million RMB $could be saved per year.
