| 摘 要： | 合肥国际创新展示馆棚罩钢结构属于一种空间网格管结构,由于极度无序的外观形状而被称为"合肥鸟巢"。全面介绍这一无序空间网格管结构的概念设计与施工,包括结构组成、杆件截面和节点形式、节点工法、节点构造、深化设计、加工安装等。重点介绍等径管相贯节点的变换技术、多枝空间异型节点的构造设计,以弘扬复杂问题简单化的设计理念。

| Abstract: | It is a kind of space grid tubular structure adopted for the steel roof of Hefei International Innovation Excibition Centre.For extremely disorder and its shape,it is called ＂Hefei bird＇s nest＂.The concept design and construction of the disorder space grid tubular structure is introduced in this paper,including members arrangement,type of member＇s section and joint,joint manufancture method,joint construction,workshoping detail design,manufacture and erection,etc.The innovative transformation technique for intersecting joint of diametre-equal circular section is emphasized deeply.The construction design of spacial multi-brace and multiplanar joint are also introduced in order to spread and insist the idea of ＂complex issue,simplified solution＂. |
