NTC热敏电阻线性化温度补偿电路设计与研究

摘    要:剖析了热敏电阻线性化处理的方法和特点,阐述了对数测温电路的工作原理和存在的不足,并通过温度补偿和差动补偿结构电路设计消除了双极型晶体管非线性参数和热敏电阻常数的影响,使热敏电阻测温电路具有良好的线性度,也解决了热敏电阻因参数不一致而引起的误差。

Abstract:This article analyzes the method and characteristic of thermistor linearization, stated work principle and insufficient of the logarithmic temperature measure circuit, it has been eliminated by temperature compensation and differential eompensation structure circuit design to the nonlinear parameter and the constant of bipolar transistor, and the temperature measure circuit has been good linear and consistency.
