大跨度钢管桁架施工技术

摘    要:介绍会理昆鹏铜业10万t/a阳极铜工程熔炼上料皮带斜桥大跨度钢管桁架施工。该工程特点是:斜桥跨度大,最大跨度达64.98m;设计总长约213m,设计共有4跨;钢管桁架重量大,总重约1500kN;安装高度高,最高安装高度为28.2m。安装难点为整个钢制桁架需跨过一条沟壑,制作及吊装场地处边坡上,且全由回填土形成,给钢管桁架制作和安装带来困难。该工程关键技术包括:桁架钢管节点相贯线及斜桥上拱计算、下料、组焊关键技术,钢管桥架分跨吊装关键技术等。由于实施过程管控正确,斜桥大跨度钢管桁架吊装获得成功,工程施工取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The construction method of large span steel tube truss,based on belt conveyer truss construction in Kunpeng copper smelter 100 000 t/a anode copper production line is introduced.The steel tube truss is 213 meters in design length with 4 spans,which the largest one of the spans is 64.98 meters.The truss weight is about 150 tons,with a hoisting height of 28.2 meters.It is very difficult that the truss is manufactured and erected in site,where the truss spans a ravine,manufacturing and hoisting area is on the slope that consisting of backfill.The key construction technique includes calculation,lay off,assembly and welding of joints,hoisting and erecting of the truss,etc.Because of management and control in the right,the large-span truss construction obtains a sound benefit.
