空间网架结构抗火性能模拟分析

摘    要:基于试验的结构抗火研究仅适用于中小型构件,对于大型空间结构采用试验的方法是不现实的。大型空间结构的热-力耦合分析是一种有效的性能化抗火分析方法。以某实际工程网架结构为依托,通过利用FDS火灾模拟计算软件分析网架空间位置的温度-时间曲线,考虑防火涂料对钢材实际受热温度的影响。并采用ABAQUS有限元软件,分析在热-力耦合作用下网架结构的力学性能。通过对网架结构在常温和高温时内力和位移参数的对比分析研究,并结合高温下整体结构承载能力的评估方法,对过火结构的损伤做出判定,计算结果与过火结构现场检验吻合较好。

Abstract:Nowadays,the method based on the test of fire resistance research,is applied in the structure of small and medium-size component.However,for some large space structure,using the experimental methods is not realistic.Hot-force coupling analysis is a kind of effective method of performance-based fire resistance analysis for large space structures.Based on practical engineering in the article,the temperature-time curve in any space position is got by using fire simulation software(FDS),considering the influence of fire-retardant coating on steel temperature.The hot-force coupling way in ABAQUS software is used to compute structure mechanics performance.Through studying the internal force and displacement parameters of the grid structure in normal temperature and high temperatures and combining with the bearing performance evaluation method of the overall structure,its fire resistance performance is identified.The calculation results agree with the engineering practice very well.
