加快广西农村饮水安全工程建设对策研究

新中国成立以来,广西壮族自治区农村饮水工程建设取得了很大成就.但是,目前尚有42.9%的农村人口饮水不安全.在明确农饮工程建设总体思路、建设目标和建设重点的基础上,提出了农村饮水工程建设分三步走的战略步骤,通过科学规划、多方筹资、部门协作、机制创新等措施加快骨干供水工程建设和配套管网建设,建立起较为完善的城乡供水体系,实现广西农村饮水安全目标.

Countermeasure studies for accelerating rural drinking water safety project construction in Guangxi

Great achievements have been made in rural drinking water supply in Guangxi Autonomous Region since the founding of new China. However, 42.9% of rural population cannot realize safe drinking water at present. It is planned to undertake a three-step strategy for rural drinking water supply project construction, on the basis of clarify strategy, target and focus. A complete urban and rural water supply system shall be built including backbone water supply project and counterpart pipeline system, Which shall be accelerated through measures of scientific planning, muhichannel funds-raising, departmental coordination and system innovation, so as to realize the target of rural drinking water safety in Guangxi.
