稠油热采掺热自控装置研制及应用

摘    要:在稠油开采中,经济、有效、环保的井筒降粘技术是十分重要的。水蒸汽井下拌热工艺技术在理论上是成熟的,经济技术指标评价也具有优势。由于油井生产过程的复杂性,靠人工控制掺入井下水蒸汽的流量十分困难。研制的稠油热采掺热自控装置以电动调节阀和智能调节仪为核心,把稠油流动敏感特性指标作为控制参数,根据油井生产状况的不同,按相应的自整定控制方程决定掺入井下的蒸汽流量,使井筒液体粘度达到规定要求,确保了油井正常生产,现场应用效果好。

Abstract:In sticky oil production, economy, efficiency, environmental protection for well bore to reduce density is very important. The down-hole heat mix with water steam is fully developed in theory and its economical technique is also advantage. But the oil production is complicated, and is very difficult by artificial control. For this reason, study on manufacturing control device for sticky oil production by mixed heat is developed using electric powered valve and intelligent controller, and flow sensitivity of sticky oil is used as control parameter to make the oil density meet specified requirement.
