光面爆破装药结构空气柱长度理论计算

摘    要:以爆轰气体为一维等熵流动来处理,得到了光面爆破装药结构的空气柱长度。经计算分析,采用空气柱间隔装药时,装药单元最大长度取决于炸药爆炸速度、岩体的断裂速度和孔间距。对于水胶炸药,爆速为4500m/s时,下部空气柱最大长度一般是炮孔间距的2.25倍;而装药和其上部的空气柱长度之和不应大于炮孔间距的4.5倍。在工程实践中应用取得了良好的光面爆破效果,对类似工程有参考价值。

Abstract:Assuming that the air column length of charge structure for smooth blasting could be obtained by taking the detonation air as one dimension isoentropy flows, the fact was found that the unit maximum charging length depended on the explosion velocity, rock body breakage speed and the distance between the holes when the air column interval charging employed through calculation analysis. In the case of water gel explosive with a detonation velocity at 4500m/s, the maximum length of air column at bottom should be 2.25 times of the borehole distance,while the sum length of the air column at top plus charging length should not exceed 4.5 times of the borehole distance. The findings have given good smooth blasting effect when applied in the practical engineering, which had important guide to similar engineering,
