摘    要:使用MSC.Superform 2005有限元仿真软件,结合无锡西姆莱斯钢管有限公司提供的曼内斯曼穿管机结 构,建立基于33Mn2V钢的三维有限元仿真模型。仿真设计采用静力隐式算法,结合Kumar本构模型对实心坯二 辊斜轧穿孔过程进行热力耦合有限元模拟分析。模拟结果显示了穿管过程中出现的开裂等质量缺陷,而且缺陷位 置处的塑性应变与试验计算值吻合。模拟结果表明:椭圆形孔腔以及管坯下压量是导致管口与导板摩擦过大并产 生开裂的主要原因。为实际生产产品质量提高以及同行业进行相关仿真设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The 3D FE model is built to simulate the 33Mn2V steel pipe piercing process in Mannesmann Mill. The Mannesmann Mill structural parameters provided by Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Co.(WSSTC), Ltd. static implicit algorithm and Kumar constitutive equation are adopted in the model. By using MSC.Superform 2005, coupled ther- mal-mechanical simulation of two skewroll piercing process is carried out. The simulated result shows the defect such as crack and springback generated in the piercing process. Plastic strain value of gap nodes is identical to the calculated value. The reasons which caused the product defects are the elliptic hole cavity and improper sink value. Simulating results will provide a reference basis for the simulation design member and the product quality improve.
